Audience roles are in high demand, but there are often unrealistic expectations for these positions. This workshop will begin the work of reimaging audience roles, exploring how to improve job descriptions, rethinking workflows and training, discussing strategies for breaking up responsibilities and ultimately developing a practice playbook that newsrooms can use.
