Opportunities

There are a variety of ways to get involved with ONA22. Many include complimentary registration. This page includes details and timelines associated with each opportunity.

If your organization is looking to connect with innovators in digital media, we also provide compelling sponsorship opportunities, or can craft something to your needs. Reach out to Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer Jessica Strelitz: jessica@journalists.org.

ONA relies on its dedicated volunteers to help make ONA22 a warm and welcoming environment. Volunteers will assist in production aspects of the conference, such as greeting attendees and editing transcriptions to make the conference more accessible. While we will review each application based on its strength, ONA prioritizes freelance and local news volunteer applicants.

This opportunity is open to our global community.

We are still accepting applications for both in-person and virtual volunteers!
