The 2022 MJ Bear Fellows will discuss their innovative projects such as a public-facing and participatory style guide and a fact-checking toolbox. They'll also share tips on how early-career journalists can get buy-in on their ideas and make creative projects happen. Learn about the delicate art of getting a "yes" from newsroom leadership, potential pitfalls, creative problem-solving and more. The MJ Bear Fellowship honors six outstanding journalists under 30 each year whose innovative work in independent, community and corporate news represents the best of new media.
